Home Rates

As always initial quotation and proposal are at no charge to the homeowner.

Rates for most home networks and devices range from $40 to $60 per hour.  We do not charge you time for sitting and watching software load, if there is something that can be done without a man on site you will not be charged for that time.  If a customer wants to be trained on how to finish a timely project, we can start the project for you, allow the computer to do the work and train you to do the finishing steps when required.  Compared to other software loading and repair options they typically charge you for time they are idle while watching a computer do the installation.  Unless required, we will not charge you for this time.

All home customers have the option of in home repair, installation and adjustments, or the work can be done at our shop and brought back when ready.  In most cases this is 100% the option of you, the customer.

Small Business Rates

Initial visit and estimates for consultation work are always free.  

Small Business hourly rates vary based on network complexity and amount of work needed to correct or modify the network layout or existing PC configuration including other devices.  The hourly rate range is from $100 per hour to $160 per hour...  All rates will be clarified at time of estimate and proposal along with the reasoning behind the rate chosen.
